We’re so excited to be celebrating our 5th birthday this month! It’s been an incredible five years and we’re so proud of what our amazing team has achieved.

We started life during one of the most difficult times, the Covid pandemic, but we wanted to do something different and create an estate agency that genuinely puts customers first at every stage of the buying and selling process. 

Launched by Helen Worrall from Glynarthen and Tania Dutnell from Betws Ifan, who have a combined 36 years’ experience as estate agents, we started life in a home office in Helen’s garden. Using our local knowledge, property expertise and marketing know-how we focused on offering buyers and sellers across West Wales a professional, more personal service.

At the heart of this is our commitment to treat everyone as we would want to be treated ourselves by being open, honest and transparent.

Now with a team of four, we all work to this philosophy and we believe that this is the secret to our success over the last five years. We have almost 100% five-star customer reviews, a growing team and last year we moved into our large new office space at Aberporth Technology Park.

We’ve also won numerous business and industry awards including Residential Estate Agency of the Year in the 2025 Welsh Estate Agency Awards and the Client Service Excellence Award at the 2025 SME UK Enterprise Awards.

But we couldn’t have done any of it without you – our clients, our families and our fabulous team. So thank you all for having faith in us, trusting us with your properties and helping us build a different kind of estate agency – the kind that we’re proud to be a part of.
