Born and raised in the local village of Cilgerran, Coral attended Cilgerran Primary School and Preseli Secondary School and also went to Pembrokeshire College. She is fluent in both Welsh and English and has a good knowledge of the local area. Following her education, Coral trained in hairdressing and then decided to follow a career in caring and catering. She has been a registered carer in the area for the past 3 years. She joined our team in June 2023 as our Viewing Coordinator & Property Lister. She loves everything to do with property and meeting new people and is quickly becoming another invaluable member of our growing team.

Ruth was born and raised in the Llangrannog/Pontgarreg area, attending school and college in Cardigan before heading off to travel after finishing her studies. Returning to West Wales, she spent time working in a nursery and within the local hospitality sector, building a strong connection with the community along the way.
She later moved to London in 2022 to work as a private nanny, before returning home to West Wales in 2024 to raise her own family. Now living locally with her partner and their son, Ruth has joined the team as a Sales Negotiator.
With a genuine love for the outdoors and a natural curiosity for exploring new places, Ruth brings a real enthusiasm to helping buyers get to know the area and everything that makes West Wales, and Cardigan Bay in particular, such a special place to call home.

Originally from Cheshire, Claire and her family moved here back in 1994 when she was 14 years old. She has grown up in West Wales and has made this her home with her husband and two young boys. After working in Spain as an au pair, Claire returned to Wales and has spent a large part of her adult working life in electronics, working for Parc Circuit Technology Ltd in Cardigan. After being made redundant there, she set up her own business handmaking beeswax wraps, and in October 2021 started working for Cardigan Bay Properties as a freelance viewing guide. Claire joined our team officially in September 2022 as our Viewing Coordinator & Property Lister and then on to a Sales Negotiator role before moving to her current role as our dedicated Sales Progressor in Spring 2026. Claire’s job is to hold your hand through your sale or purchase from the moment your sale is agreed, all the way through to completion. Her attention to detail and care and consideration for people makes her an invaluable member of our team.
