Originally from Cheshire, Claire and her family moved here back in 1994 when she was 14 years old. She has grown up in West Wales and has made this her home with her husband Steven and two young boys. After working in Spain as an au pair, Claire returned to Wales and has spent a large part of her adult working life in electronics, working for Parc Circuit Technology Ltd in Cardigan. After being made redundant there, she set up her own business handmaking beeswax wraps, called Funky Green Bee, and in October 2021 started working for Cardigan Bay Properties as a freelance viewing guide. Claire joined our team officially in September 2022 as our Viewing Coordinator & Property Lister and has now progressed to being our Sales Negotiator. Her attention to detail and care and consideration for people and their properties makes her an invaluable member of our team. Claire is also Helen’s sister-in-law.

Born and raised in the local village of Cilgerran, Coral attended Cilgerran Primary School and Preseli Secondary School and also went to Pembrokeshire College. She is fluent in both Welsh and English and has a good knowledge of the local area. Following her education, Coral trained in hairdressing and then decided to follow a career in caring and catering. She has been a registered carer in the area for the past 3 years. She joined our team in June 2023 as our Viewing Coordinator & Property Lister. She loves everything to do with property and meeting new people and is quickly becoming another invaluable member of our growing team.

Emma joined our team in July 2023 to look after all of our sales. Once a sale is agreed they are handed over to Emma and her dedicated team at Prime Progression, who then handhold the sale all the way through to completion. This helps to reduce the time a property sale and purchase takes to complete and provides personal care and attention to the seller’s and purchaser’s needs. Emma has great connections with solicitors and estate agents all over Wales and England, making her a very valuable asset to our company. Much like us, Emma set up Prime Progression during COVID-19 to help estate agents across the country with their sales progressing needs. Working from her home near Milton Keynes and with over 20 years of property sales experience, Emma brings invaluable knowledge and experience to our company.

Having been a student in Cardiff, Nikki finally returned to her beloved Wales in 2023. Nikki’s time in the property sector started over 28 years ago. Over 3 years, Nikki progressed to senior negotiator across two busy sales and lettings branches.
After taking a break to have her two children, Nikki then started a business as an Independent Financial advisor. Over her 10 years as Co-Director of the firm, Nikki was responsible for placing and processing mortgages, amongst many other things, having a thorough insight and experience into the house sale process made her ideally suited to this role. Nikki joined our team in February 2024, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience from her financial and estate agency past to help assist our sellers and buyers with their home sales and purchases.
