We’re celebrating a double win at the industry leading Welsh Estate Agency Awards, held at the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff last week!
The awards were attended by the best estate agents from across Wales, and we won two of the top awards – the prestigious Residential Estate Agency of the Year award and the Small Agency of the Year award.
To win both awards against such strong competition is incredible – we’re still pinching ourselves!
The double success is recognition of the customer-first approach we’ve brought to the property market in West Wales and of the care all of us put into the service we deliver to buyers and sellers.
About the Awards
The Welsh Estate Agency Awards recognise the achievements of estate agents and the property community right across Wales. This year there were 13 award categories, with top agencies and property professionals from across the country attending the event.
For the first time this year a silver award was added for each category, reflecting the high standards being achieved by many in the industry.
The Cardigan Bay Properties Difference
Our story started in February 2021 when Helen Worrall and Tania Dutnell set out to do things differently in the estate agency market. At the heart of this has always been ‘a commitment to treat everyone as we would want to be treated ourselves by being open, honest and transparent’.
Central to this is our local knowledge, agency expertise and customer-first service. We’ve lived in West Wales all of our lives and have a combined 35+ years of experience as estate agents.
