To celebrate our first year of business we wanted to do something special to mark the occasion. This is why we are offering all new customers 20%* off our selling fees throughout February 2022.

If you are looking to move this spring, why not take advantage of this great offer. All you need to do is to sign up and instruct us to sell your property between 1 February and 28 February 2022 to qualify for your 20% off discount. 

This applies even if we have already been out to value your home at some point over the past year.

  • To qualify you will need to sign our terms of service contract between the 1st and 28th February 2022 to instruct us to sell your property.
  • No restrictions on the types of property or property value to qualify
  • The Property needs to be offered to market within 21 days of signing our contract. If the gap between signing our contract and asking us to start the marketing of your property is longer than 21 days, we reserve the right to remove the 20% discount offer.
  • Can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer we run.
  • If you are currently on the open market with another agent please check your Terms of Contract before considering any change of agent, as depending on the wording, you may have a minimum withdrawal notice period to serve and could become liable for two lots of estate agents fees. We would be happy to check and discuss this with you.
